iqomatul hujjah and fuhumil hujjah

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said: “Whoever denies such and such, and upon whom the Hujjah has been established” and you are doubting about these Tawāgheet and their followers. Has the Hujjah been established upon them? This is something strange! How do you doubt in it (while) I have verily explained it clearly to you many times?! For verily the person upon whom the hujjah is not established is the one who is new in Islām (newly revert), and the one who grows up in a faraway place or if it is a hidden matter of Qadr or tasarruf. The Proof is the Qur’an. So whomever the Qur’an reaches, the Hujjah is established upon him. But the base of the problem is that you don’t differentiate between establishing the hujjah and understanding hujjah. So verily many amongst the Kuffār and the Munāfiqeen from the “Muslims” have not understood the hujjah of Allāh with its establishment. As Allāh said “Or think you that most of them listen or understand? They are only like cattle; nay, they are worse astray in Path.” (25:44) So establishing the hujjah is one thing and understanding is another and how it (hujjah) would be established upon them. Their understanding it is another thing and their Kufr (is valid) with its ruling even though they don’t understand it…And when you have known this; then verily the thing upon which you are is Kufr. People worship the Tawagheet and make enmity with the religion of Islām, and they think that it is not apostasy because maybe they did not understand the Hujjah? All this is clear.” (Al-Durar Al-Saniyah, 10:93-95)

the haal of the people kufr or islaam2

“Whoever lives in Daru’l-Harb
and no information is known regarding his conditions, he will be accounted as one among the Ahl (people) of the land. In similar respects, those who live in Daru’l-Islam and there is no information regarding their condition, they will also be accounted as among the Ahl of the land.” (Assarkhassi, al-Mabsut, 3/76)

Ibn Qudama reports that Imam Ahmad states: “It is like this because when a person lives in a state (Dar) he is a part (Ahliha) of that state (Dar). This is why the Hukm of a person of the Dar is practiced, until a means of evidence is found proving otherwise.” (Mughni, 2/404, 1638; 3/478)

FOLLOWING – HAQEEQOTU ASLUD DEEN

Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hassan
(ra) said: Allah Ta’ala labelled the
people of Shirk with Kufr in an
innumerable number of verses
equally one should also
pronouncing takfeer on them and
this is the requisite of “la ilaha ila
Allah”, the statement of sincerity,
therefore it’s meaning cannot be
completed except by pronouncing
takfeer on whoever associated
partners with Allah in his worship
as is (stated) in the authentic
narration “Whoever says “la ilaha
ila Allah” and disbelieves in
whatever is worshipped besides
Allah, his blood and property
becomes forbidden, and his
reckoning is with Allah” so his
saying ‘and disbelieves in whatever
is worshipped besides Allah’: is an
affirmation for negation, so his
blood and wealth doesn’t become
forbidden except by that thus if he
hesitates or doubts his blood and
wealth don’t become forbidden”.
[Ad Durrar as-Saniyyah /606].

Shaykh Hamad Ibn ‘Atīq (may Allāh
have mercy on him) said:
” ﻓﺄﺻﻞ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻞ، ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ
ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮﺣﻴﺪ، ﻭﻣﺤﺒﺘﻪ ﻭﻣﺤﺒﺔ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ، ﻭﻣﻮﺍﻻﺗﻬﻢ،
ﻭﺇﻧﻜﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻙ، ﻭﺗﻜﻔﻴﺮ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ، ﻭﺑﻐﻀﻬﻢ ،
ﻭﺇﻇﻬﺎﺭ ﻋﺪﺍﻭﺗﻬﻢ.”
“So, the foundation of the Dīn of all
the Messengers is established by
Tawhīd, and by loving Tawhīd &
it’s people, and by allying with
them; and rejecting the Shirk, and
making Takfīr on it’s people, and
having hatred towards them, and
making prevalent animosity
towards them.”

Haqeeqotu kufr bit tooghut

Bismillahi was solaatu was salaam ala man laa nabiy ba’dahu..
I didnt forget i had a discussion with you, but the fact is, my time hasn’t permit me to give a response, as i didnt want to give a short response (as it could make the matter more complicated to you).,
still not that am fully chanced now, but just to make use of the little have gotten.. I seek Allah’s aid.

I have choosen to reply you in these method perharps you may grasp the subject in its through image…

Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala, sent His messengers and His books for the sole purpose of tawheed, and the to disbelieve in whatever that is been worship besides Him..and Allah has made that, the only religion He will accept and Nothing other than it, i.e, the believe in Allah (by singling Him out with all forms of worship without associating anyone along with Him) and Disbelieving in All that is being worship besides Him, fulfiling one aspect of it (i.e believing in Allah and not disbelieving in all that is worship besides him, or disbelieving in All that is been worship besides Him, without believeing in Him), will not be giving consideration by Allah.. Allah said, “Verily the Only religion with Allah is Islaam” (al-imron).

Allah named it Islaam..(i.e the beliving in Allah alone, and disbelieving in whatever is being worshipped beside Him), and Allah made it known that, nothing other than it will be accepted from anyone, He said “And whoever seeks other than Islaam as a religion, it will not be accepted of him” (al-imron),
and Islaam is : believing in Allah alone and disbelieving in whatever that is been worship besides Him, Allah said “And whoever disbelieve in tooghut and believe Allah, has indeed grasp the trustworthy hand-hold which willnever break” (al Baqoroh). Thus these ayaah strengthens that whoever fufill one tenets of islaam (believing in Allah), and didnt fufill the other (disbelieving in all that is being worshipped other than Allah), has indeed not grasp the hand-hold, and the hand-hold is Islaam, which means such a person hasn’t enter into islaam..

Sheikh muhammad ibn abdil wahaab said (what means) “verily Allah made the disbelieving in whatever is being worshipped other than Him the first obligation that should be fufill before the actual believing in Him” end quote..

Whoever believe in Allah without disbelieving in whatever is being worshipped besides Him, is not yet a muslim even if such prays thousands of solah and fast, and do hajj..whatever act of worship will not be accpted from him..becuase such has not entered into islaam. Rather such is from amongst those who Allah says about “shall we not inform you about the greatest loosers?, they are those whose effort has been lost in the dunya, while hoping that they are actually acquiring good” (al-kahf)..

If you then affirm the fact that Islaam is the beilieving in Allah and the disbelieving in All that is been worship besides Him..
Then lets elaborate what is the actual meaning of (eemanu bi Llah wa kufr bi kulli maa yu’badu min duunih), believing in Allah and disbelieving in whatever is been worship besides Him..

THAT WHICH PROTECT THE BLOOD AND MONEY

Sahih Al-Bukhari Book 1 Volume 8
Hadith 387
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle (saws) said, “I have
been ordered to fight the people
untill they say: ‘None has the right
to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if
they say so, pray like our prayers,
face our Qibla and slaughter as we
slaughter, then their blood and
property will be sacred to us and
we will not interfere with them
except legally (Qisas) and their
reckoning will be with Allah.”
Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he
asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu
Hamza! What makes the life and
property of a person sacred?” He
replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has
the right to be worshipped but
Allah and Muhammad is the
Prophet of Allah’, faces our Qibla
during the prayers, prays like us
and eats our slaughtered animal,
then he is a Muslim, and has got
the same rights and obligations as
other Muslims have.”

THE SHUB’HA OF THE PEOPLE OF FALSEHOOD

Their Accusing of Ahlul-Haqq (the
people of the truth) as
#Khawaarij
Ibn al-Qayyim (r) said in his long
poem titled ‘Al-Kaafiyyah
al-Shaafiyyah’, in a section titled
‘Their Lies and Their
Accusing of Ahlul-Haqq (the people
of the truth) as
Khawaarij’:
“And from the strange things is
that they say to those who
take the Qur’aan and Sunnah as a
religion:
‘You are similar to the khawaarij
who judged by the
apparent of the text (Qur’aan and
Sunnah) and did not look
into their (actual) meanings.’”
And Ibn Taymiyyah (r) said:
“When people of falsehood want to
arouse doubts about
people of haqq, they describe them
as khawaarij.”
[Majmoo’ Fataawaa Ibn Taymiyyah
(vol. 23 p. 325)]

NO MASLAHA IN KUFR AND SHIRK.

Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allāh
have mercy on him) said:
” ﺇﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻙ ، ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ﻋﻠﻢ ، ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻐﻲ
ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﺣﺶ ﻣﺎ ﻇﻬﺮ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺑﻄﻦ ، ﻭﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ، ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ
ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ.”
“Indeed the Shirk, and speaking about Allāh
without knowledge, and the rebellion
(against Allāh), and the lewd deeds from the
hidden and apparent, and the oppression,
there can NOT be in these things any
*maslahah* (benefit).”
[Majmū al-Fatāwā 14/476]

POETRY “You have oppose the shuyuk”

POETRY || “You Have Opposed The Words Of
The Shuyūkh”
ﻗﺎﻟﻮﺍ ﻟﻪ ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺖ ﺃﻗﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻮﺥ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﺒﺎﻟﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻒ

They said to him “You have opposed the
words of the Shuyūkh” and (yet) they have
given no concern to the opposition of al-
Furqān (Qur’ān)
ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺖ ﺃﻗﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻮﺥ ﻓﺄﻧﺘﻢ ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺘﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺟﺎﺀ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ
I have opposed the statements of the
Shuyūkh but you have opposed the one
who came with the Qur’ān
ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺘﻢ ﻗﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﷺ ﻭﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺟﺮﺍﻩ ﻗﻮﻝ

You have opposed the words of the
Messenger ﷺ but indeed I have opposed
people who are influenced and impressed
by the statements of so and so
ﻳﺎ ﺣﺒﺬﺍ ﺫﺍﻙ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻑ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻋﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﻓﺎﻕ ﻟﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ
Oh what a beautiful difference indeed it is
(between me and you), that it is an actual
sign that I have been granted success in
obeying al-Rahmān
ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﺖ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺃﻋﺪﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻋﺎﺑﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻒ

Or do you not know that the enemies of the
Messenger ﷺ reproached him for opposed
(them) and they did that with slander?
ﻟﺸﻴﻮﺧﻬﻢ ﻭﻟﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻗﺪ ﻣﻀﻰ ﺃﺳﻼﻓﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺳﺎﻟﻒ

Opposing their Shuyūkh and what they had
been upon, their Salaf (the ones who came
before them) in the previous times
ﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﺐ ﺇﻻ ﻓﻲ ﺧﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﻻ ﺭﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻭﻓﻜﺮﺓ
ﺍﻷﺫﻫﺎﻥ
There is no blame for anyone except when
they opposed the (divine) text, not when
they opposed the opinions of men or
thoughts that come to the minds of men
ﺃﻧﺘﻢ ﺗﻌﻴﺒﻮﻧﺎ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﻘﻨﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻀﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺎﻥ
You are blaming us for that and it is that
Allah has granted us success and from the
virtue of al-Mannān (the One Who Gives)
ﻓﻠﻴﻬﻨﻜﻢ ﺧﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﻭﻳﻬﻨﻨﺎ ﺧﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻮﺥ ﺃﻳﺴﺘﻮﻱ
ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﻥ
Then let you be congratulated for your
differing to the (divine) texts (brought by
the Messenger ﷺ of Allah) and let us
congratulate ourselves in our opposition
towards the Shuyūkh. Are the two kinds of
opposition equal?
ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺴﻮﻯ ﻋﻘﻮﻝ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻧﺼﺎ ﺻﺢ ﺫﺍ

By Allah if all of the intellects from the
people of the Earth gathered together to
form an opinion it would not equal one
(divine) text that has come with clear proof
in it
ﺣﺘﻰ ﻧﻘﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻌﺮﺿﻴﻦ ﻣﺆﻭﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﺤﺮّﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ
Until we would put that statement forth in
front of (divine) texts and turn away from
the meaning of the text of the Qur’ān
ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺇﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﻴﻨﻨﺎ ﻷﺟﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺁﺭﺍﺀ ﻛﻞ ﻓﻼﻥ
By Allah indeed the (divine) text that exists
between me and you is more honourable
than the opinions of every so and so
~ by al-Imām Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have
mercy on him)

The disbelief of the one who rules with other than the Law of Allah.

Ibn Taymiyyah (Rohimahulloh) stated ; Undoubtedly, whoever does NOT
believe that it is obligatory to rule according
to that which Allah has revealed to His
Messenger IS A KAAFIR, and WHOEVER THINKS
it is permissible to rule among people
according to HIS OWN opinions, turning away and not
following which Allah has revealed is
also a KAAFIR…So in matters which are
common to the Ummah as a whole, it is NOT permissible to rule or
judge according to anything EXCEPT the
Quran and Sunnah. No one has the RIGHT
to make the people follow the words of a SCHOLAR
or AMEER, SHAYKH or KING. Whoever
BELIEVES that he can judge between
people according to ANY SUCH thing, and does NOT judge
between them according to the Quran
and Sunnah is a KAAFIR.” [Minhaj as-
Sunnah, 5/130-132].
